Diagnostic Evaluations & Estimates

Diagnostic visits involve physical, electrical, and mechanical inspection of heating and air conditioning components. Our technicians will provide a clear explanation of findings and a written or verbal quote for repair or replacement before proceeding with billable corrective work.

Customer Authorization & Property Access

Clients must provide reasonable and safe physical access to indoor furnaces, air handlers, attics, crawlspaces, outdoor condenser units, and main electrical service panels. An adult authorized to approve service work must be present during the diagnostic window.

Safety & Existing Conditions

Our technicians reserve the right to decline or suspend service if working conditions present unsafe electrical hazards, severe structural instability, or hazardous material exposures. Technicians will advise the property owner of necessary safety remedies.

Warranty & Equipment Guarantees

New equipment installations carry manufacturer-backed limited warranties on compressors and parts, subject to registration and proper seasonal maintenance. Specific labor and repair warranties are detailed on individual written invoices provided upon completion of service.
